20% non-refundable payment at the time of booking.

100% non-refundable payment 30 days before arrival.

Date changes possible up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability.

At check-in, a deposit of €100 per room will be required as a security guarantee. This amount covers potential additional charges or incidents, such as damages or losses in the room, and will be held on your card. The deposit will be released once it has been verified that everything is in order at check-out.

Children under 10 are not allowed. In exceptional cases where they are permitted, access to common areas — including the restaurant, pool, and wellness area — may be restricted.

Solo Palacio is not responsible for the safety of any valuables left in the apartment. 

Solo Palacio reserves the right to change apartments for clients within the same category or to a higher category.

Weather events may disrupt the availability of your apartment´s facilities or any apartment in the property. 

Pets up to 10 kg are allowed in certain apartments (subject to availability).  A pet cleaning fee of 30€ will be charged per stay.

Spa facilities: Reservations for a minimum of two people, under availability. 35€/ per person.
